It appears that our new schedule and process with the printer will resolve most of our USPS challenges. The first February postcard has likely arrived or will be in your mailbox very soon.

March content is ready, check it out! You will receive your personalized files before the end of the month.
**NOTE** The FHFA data on the sample shown here is from Q3. Q4 data will be released on 2/23 and we will update your personalized postcard with that information, but the design will be the same. We expect the numbers to show a similar trend as Q3. The back of the card will feature a quote directly from the FHFA as it pertains to the data.
UPDATING YOUR DATABASE
As we mentioned last month, we have created a form that you can use to send in database updates, or any other updates you might need us to address.
Just go to proseccoandpost.com/updates to fill out the form!
**Reminder** We must receive updated databases by the 15th of the month for those changes to be effective for the following month. We’ll make an exception just this month for those of you who forgot; this month’s deadline is February 18th.
