February Postcards, Update Forms, And New Deadlines!

Happy New Year! We hope that your 2022 is off to an amazing start.

We are growing fast and we have ALL of you to thank for that. We so appreciate you sharing our service with your colleagues and for trusting us with this part of your auto-flow. We are making an impact! We love getting your messages about texts and calls from your clients regarding the postcards.

Below are some repeat questions and/or information we want to share from inquiries or suggestions you have made. Your feedback is important, so please keep on sharing!

For prospective and current customers, we have created a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on our website. If the answer to your question is not there, please reach out to us.

Current customers; February content is ready, check it out! You will receive your personalized proofs before the end of the month.

**IMPORTANT** We understand that you may want to change the estimated mortgage payment and price range for the second February postcard. If you’d like to select a different option we have three options available to you: $300k price range, $500k price range, and $1M price range.

The $500k range you see in the sample proof below will be standard; you do not need to request a change if you are comfortable with that option.

If you would like to choose either the $300k or $1M price range for your card, submit your request via this form by Thursday, January 20th (write your selection in the “Notes” on the form).

DATABASES

Updates to your mailing database can be made monthly. HOWEVER, we MUST receive your updated database by the 15th of the month for it to be applied to the following month’s mailers.

To update your database, send it to us using this form. PLEASE NOTE: if a client appears on your database we assume you will want a card sent to them. You will not be able to access a general database and select. So only send up current clients to whom you want cards to be sent, and don’t forget to include yourself!

For updates, send in your FULL database, not additions or subtractions. Please use this template (click here to download) when sending in your file.

The only items we need for your database are:

  • Full name of the addressee(s)
  • Street Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip

TIMELINES

Many of you have asked about postcard delivery times. We aim to have postcards delivered during the SECOND and FOURTH week of the month. We are at the mercy of the post office, so we can not pinpoint an exact delivery date for your market area. If it helps, postcards are mailed from New Jersey.

We send everything to print, the full month’s worth of postcards, on the last week of the month (e.g. we are sending February cards to print the week of January 24th). We do this to help maintain the $1 per card pricing on printing and postage. This is why we are unable to make mid-month changes.

DEADLINES

The deadline for new customers to be included in the next month’s mailings will always be THE 15TH of each month. This means that you must sign up and work with us to have your template approved and your complete database by the 15th, not just sign up by the 15th. We will work hard to get your template created as quickly as possible after you fill out the onboarding form.

When new customers sign up, the initial payment is applied to your first month’s mailings. So you will not be charged your monthly subscription fee again until the second month of mailings (e.g. sign up Jan 20th, template approved by February 1st, March will be first month’s of mailings, second subscription charge will post on April 1st).

You will still be charged the $2 per address for printing and postage on the 1st of the month those mailings are sent.
